The SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL OF MULTIDISCIPLINARY STUDIES OF THE CENTRAL PLATEAU, which goes by the acronym REME, is a biannual publication of the Instituto Superior Politécnico de Humanidades e Tecnologias Ekuikui II, which publishes original research articles, review articles, editorials, critical reviews, clinical cases, experience reports and interviews.

REME's main objective is to publish original scientific papers that focus on issues within the fields of Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Technology, Education and Engineering. Articles of a “multi-pluri-interdisciplinary” nature are also encouraged, in the various scientific areas, which are developed as part of the curricular units of the courses at the Instituto Superior Politécnico de Humanidades e Tecnologias Ekuikui II, as long as they are co-authored with a professor who holds a master's or doctoral degree.
