The situation presented above puts it at the center of the discussions that we intend to present in this issue of the magazine. The interviewee underwent great social and psychological pressure, in the form of false news and reports, which served to fuel counterproductive alarmism for public agencies. The interview has great academic value, as it constitutes an important source of research to understand the impacts of the pandemic at its various intersections with the human dimension.
