Abstract

Any look at the beginning of the year 2020 reinforces the idea of the wave of uncertainty caused by the pandemic of COVID-19 that plagues most countries in the world, leading to the realization of a present of profound misfortune and a future of uncertainty in all. the domains of life, including education and teaching, in which the progress achieved so far, in the path of ensuring universal and inclusive access to citizens, suffers a profound shock, to which all countries in the world, without excluding Angola , are urged to find a set of necessary, timely and viable solutions.

Author Biographies

Felizardo Tchiengo Bartolomeu Costa, Escola Superior Pedagógica de Bengo, Angola

PhD in Psychology from the Faculty of Sciences and Letters of Assis (UNESP). He is currently a professor and Deputy General Director for the Scientific Area of the Escola Superior Pedagógica do Bengo. He works in, social psychology, organizational and work psychology, immigration and transnationalism and in education (teacher training). Member of the Research Group Figures and modes of subjectivation in the contemporary, from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, as a foreign collaborator.

João Ima Panzo, Acção Cultural de Língua Portuguesa do Secretariado Executivo da CPLP (Educação, Cultura, Ciência, Tecnologia e Ensino Superior)

PhD in Literature. Associate Professor at Universidade Lueji A ”Nkonde and currently Director of Cultural Action for the Portuguese Language of the Executive Secretariat of CPLP (Education, Culture, Science, Technology and Higher Education).

He was Director General of the Escola Superior Pedagógica do Bengo until February 2020, Deputy Director General for Scientific Affairs of the Escola Superior Pedagógica da Lunda Norte (2009 - 2012). He has several communications inside and outside Angola and scientific publications. His most recent work is: Portuguese as a Second Language in Angola: Representations & Lines of Action (2019).
